We’re tackling it with a passion -- $30 million in infrastructure for just the first phase of the Prairie Center project started in 2004 in Brighton, Colorado; a multi-use development which consists of retail, office, mixed residential, parks, open space, schools, and regional commerce areas; approximately 2.5 million square feet of retail buildings just to start, including a Home Depot. A project so large that it isn’t scheduled to be built out until 2015!
