Washington Apartments

The Washington Apartment project will include the restoration of the Kingshighway entrance, building 99 new apartments, a community room, laundry facility, and management office. This project includes 273 new historic windows and a full masonry restoration and repair. Three fourths of the building will remain occupied during the renovation of this former hotel built in 1903 for the 1904 World's Fair.
