The Village Shops at Quincy and Buckley

Aurora, CO

This 3.27 acre site development, located in Aurora, Colorado, is host to a 4,900 SF retail building, a Chase Bank, and a carwash. Brinkmann Constructors worked with Pace Properties on this project. The sitework included an underground detention basin beneath the parking lot, 3’-0” of overexcavation and compacted backfill beneath the two building pads, demolition of existing houses and structures, and 1,600 LF of retaining wall. The underground detention system utilized a Stormtec design with large PVC half pipes. The project duration was June of 2007 through November of 2007.
