Firestone City Centre

Brinkmann Constructors is completing site development of 84 acres at the SE corner of I-25 and Firestone Blvd. The work includes mass grading, utilities, new site roads, off-site road improvements along Firestone Blvd., the I-25 Frontage Road, as well as road improvements along Jake Jabs Blvd. This site will house two major anchors, approximately 90,000 SF of shops, and several outlots. Sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and water utility work is approximately 85% complete and 3,000 LF of curb and gutter has been installed, making that work about 50% complete. Paving will be under way shortly, weather permitting and road improvements and widening of the frontage road are pending CDOT approval of mix designs.
