The Crescent

The Crescent project consists of constructing a nine-story tower at 153 Carondelet Avenue in Clayton, Missouri. The building will consist of approximately 25,000 SF of retail space on the first floor, parking on the first and second floors, and 72 condominiums on the third through ninth floors. The building will also have a third floor terrace level which will consist of a garden terrace with landscaping and concrete paver walkways. The building will offer four separate floor plans.
