Construction of tenant improvements within strip retail or office space approximately 5,500 - 8,600 SF in size. The outpatient surgery centers usually consist of two operating rooms, surgical corridor, administrative areas, and patient care areas. The project completion time is approximately 90-calendar days which allows for the potential of full operation within 4 months from the beginning of construction.
