Collinsville Crossing Retail

Redevelopment of a 50-acre site in Collinsville, Illinois. The project consists of demolishing an existing Howard Johnson's hotel, Budget Inn, Motel 6, and Gateway Cummings Industrial Park as well as several other buildings. Site utilities, detention ponds, construction of Collinsville Crossing Boulevard, a new Home Depot parking lot, and new utilities for a future Wal-Mart site are also included.
